We have a range of self-serve community spaces available to hire including Bellvista Meeting Place, Coolum Civic Centre, Kawana Community Hall and Kawana Island Meeting Place. These spaces are open to both regular and casual hirers.
Coolum Civic Centre
Coolum Civic Centre is located next to Jack Morgan Park and in close proximity to local eateries, convenience stores and Coolum Beach. The venue is a multi-functional facility, including a hall, foyer, meeting room and a smaller office space for hire.

Kawana Community Hall is a self-service venue located in central Kawana and is adjacent to the Kawana Library. This community space shares a large undercover rotunda area and public toilets with the library. The venue is in close proximity to Kawana Shopping World, public transport, parks and Kawana Beach.

Kawana Island Meeting Place
This self-service, wheelchair accessible venue is located within the Kawana Island residential area alongside Double Bay Beach Park. The venue is in close proximity to restaurants and a convenience store. Kawana Island Meeting Place offers two spaces (Meeting Room A and Meeting Room B) for hire with a removable wall that allows the rooms to be combined for one larger space.
