. - Venue hire and bond charges are dependent on the hirer and event. To qualify for Community Rate a Not For Profit group, school or government organisation must provide documented proof.
- Additional Cleaning and security charges may apply.
- All events where alcohol is to be consumed will require Security. Security will be organised by the Community Spaces team and a fee will be added to your booking. For more information please read

Important Information
- This is a Self Service venue – Hirer is responsible for locking/unlocking the venue and complete set up/pack down of your event.
- This venue is located in a residential area – all noise must cease at 9.30pm and venue must be fully vacated by 10pm.
- All bookings must have current Public Liability Insurance with a minimum of $20M coverage. For private events e.g. weddings/engagements/birthdays will have the option to use Council’s Public Liability Insurance or source own coverage. All other bookings must provide a copy of their current Certificate of Currency showing minimum $20M coverage.
