Venue114 acknowledges the Sunshine Coast Country, home of the Kabi Kabi peoples and the Jinibara peoples, the Traditional Custodians, whose lands and waters we all now share.

How to Buy Tickets 

To book online, click ‘Buy Tickets’ and follow the prompts.

Book over the phone on (07) 5413 1400 between 9:00am – 5:00pm. Make sure you have your contact information and credit card details ready when you call.

You can also book in person at the Venue 114 Box Office between 9:00am – 5:00pm, or on event day one hour prior to the event start (subject to availability).

Some events held at the venue are ticketed externally by the promoter. In this instance, please click ‘Buy Tickets’ and follow the prompts. Phone and in-person bookings are unable to be processed by the Venue 114 Box Office.

If you are making a group booking for 10 or more please contact the Box Office or refer to the group and school visits page.

Booking Fees 

Booking fees apply to your ticket purchase at checkout. The booking fee is calculated at 3% + $0.50 of the ticket price.

Venue 114 uses Humanitix for its Ticketing - an innovative, not-for-profit event ticketing platform with lower booking fees that all go to charity. 

Ticket Prices and Concessions 

Ticket prices and concession discounts are set at the discretion of the event promoter, therefore prices and concession types will vary for each event. Please check for available event discounts when purchasing your tickets.

Children under two 

Children under 2 are free on the knee, they must remain seated at all times on your lap.

Refund Policy 

Venue 114 does not offer refunds for change of mind, inability to attend or change in circumstances (including medical reasons).

Exchanges can sometimes be accommodated at the discretion of the Venue to move to a different time/date of the same event (subject to availability). We are not able to exchange tickets to a different event, as each event is presented by a different promoter or venue hirer.

Refunds can sometimes be processed in extreme circumstances if approved by Venue Management and the event promoter. Refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to the event. We do not accept refund requests via phone. Any booking fee paid by you for any tickets purchased through Humanitix are non-refundable.

REFUNDS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE WHEN AN EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED, OR WHERE REQUIRED BY AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW. **

Tickets may be resold through Humanitix if you are no longer able to attend.
