Venue 114 has a range of accessible features to support the inclusion of all community.
Venue 114 advocates for inclusivity and accessibility - and in partnership with Cerge - has developed a series of accessible tools to "know before you go". We welcome you to check them out below to understand our venues’ accessibility ahead of time.
Mobility
If you have specific mobility needs, we encourage you to reach out to the Box Office at (07) 5413 1400 when you buy your tickets and talk to our staff about how we can help you have your best experience at the venue.
We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before the event begins and our ushers will be more than happy to assist you in finding your seat.
To ensure the safety of all patrons, walking frames and mobility aids will be placed in a designated holding area close to the event. They will be returned to you during the intermission and at the conclusion of the event.
Wheelchair Seating
To reserve a wheelchair space or an accessible seat for an event that has allocated seating, simply pick the accessible ticket option from the drop-down menu. If you would like to further discuss your specific needs, please call our Box Office.
Companion Cards
Venue 114 supports the Queensland Government’s Companion Card Program.
To book a complimentary Companion Card ticket when purchasing your ticket simply type the code ‘Companion’ and enter your Companion Card number at check out. Your companion card will need to be sighted upon entry.
Please note that you will need to purchase your Companion Card ticket at the same time as your own ticket to ensure the two seats are allocated together.
Do not hesitate to contact the Box Office on (07) 5413 1400 for assistance.
Assistance Dogs
Please phone the venue if you are bringing an assistance dog so we can book you appropriate seating, and show you our assistance dog toileting area
