Following the latest coronavirus (COVID-19) announcement from the Prime Minster advising against non-essential gatherings of more than 100 people, Venue 114 has decided to close to the public from midnight tonight (Wednesday 18 March) until further notice. This closure includes the five Community Spaces Venue 114 manages; Beerwah Community Hall, Bellvista Meeting Place, Kawana Community Hall, Kawana Island Meeting Place and Maroochy Arts and Ecology Centre.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused but please understand Council’s priority at this time is to protect and support our community, visitors, staff, volunteers and artists from infection. We hope to work together as a community to make this process as smooth as possible.
During our time of closure to the public, Venue 114 staff will be available to take future bookings via phone and email: 07 5413 1400 or firstname.lastname@example.org . Please note as Venue 114 is closed until further notice, Venue 114 is not acquiring event bookings that require ticketing at this stage. Staff will also make contact with all individual ticket holders for events at Venue 114 that were due to take place to arrange a full refund.
